2.  Event e.g. birthday, wedding hantaran, wedding doorgift
3.  Quantity needed
4.  Any decoration details (initials or names on cookies)
5.  Pick-up or delivery date for your order.  
6.  Your contact details especially name, phone number and email address.
7.  Your ribbon color preference
8.  Any specific theme or colour scheme

If you have specific designs for the cookie, do attach them in the email.

Please allow at least 2 weeks notice  from your pick up/delivery dates for us to prepare materials and whatnots.
