Price, Payment and PickUp for Razzle Dazzle Cookies

Prices

We price our loving-ly crafted hand-decorated cookies based on their sizes at the widest or the longest or even diagonally.

So, for a Baby Onesie cookie which stands tall at 4 inches, it’ll be RM4.00 per piece. And for a 2.5 inches tall hearts, it’s RM2.50 per piece and so on.

This price is only valid for cookies decorated with Royal Icing only. Should you prefer to have the cookies decorated using fondant, then please add-on RM0.50 to the cookie price. It is unavoidable that we have to add on to the price as the cost and the labour involved with fondant-based cookies is accordingly increased.

Order more than 150pc and enjoy an additional 10% discount of the total price.

Packaging

Each of the cookie, once whimsically decorated will be placed in a clear, transparent polyethylene bag. This is for ease of display for your guests. The bag will then be heat-sealed to retain the crispness and the freshness of the cookie.

Then your preferred colour of satin ribbon will be tied to match the cookie.

The cookie will then be boxed. We only stack the cookies up to 3 layers with a bubble wrap layer in between. This is ensure minimum risk of cookie breakages.

Accidents to happen and because of that, we always bake more than what you order, typically 1 to 3 pieces more. So, just in case a cookie breaks, you'd have extra. And if none does, it becomes a bonus.

Pick Up Your Order / Delivery

We prefer that our customers come and collect the cookies from us at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.

Or you can also arrange for a meet-up during workdays (Mondays to Fridays) at either Putrajaya or Bangsar and/or limited surrounding areas. But strictly on appointments, please.

However, in some cases, if the cookies are to be delivered, we can try to arrange for that too for some minimal fee.

We could also arrange for a courier service if you are located out of Kuala Lumpur but there will be additional charges for packaging, considering extra care that needs to be made to ensure the cookies arrive at its destination, whole and unbroken. The delivery charges will be borne by the customers.

Payment Method

Once an order is confirmed, we will need you to pay for half of the order amount. We will email you our account details for you to deposit the payment and the order will be processed and the cookies will be ready for pickup, as scheduled. Upon delivery, the remaining fee will be expected to be settled.

Bear in mind that we have in our collection hundreds of cookie cutters and what we’ve showcased here are only a fraction of the cutters that we have. So, if you have a specific designs of cookies or an odd shaped cookie, do drop us an email and we’ll see what we can dig out of our cookie cutter treasure.
